Web 2.0: information or dialog?

The information on the digital media in the Web 2.0 becomes interactive .... there is always more space dedicated to the User Generated Content (especially the video) ...
But it is always like this?
I had already anticipated my perceptions in this post (with which I also collected some very positive feedback), but I want to expand it with new ideas for discussion.
Sometimes I happen to post comments and / or suggestions to editors of information portals and today it fell to Tgcom.
Desperately seeking portal on the contact area (either both posts e-mail) but like a surprise I find nothing of nothing.
But how? Yet there wasn't the first time I write this editorial: may have taken away a very useful service already existing?
But I don't abandone, my desire to communicate don't knows barriers.
At the end I discover that the only point of contact with the editors is within each service.
In homepage, however, for information, comments and suggestions of a general nature ... NOTHING.
Ok, better than 2 fingers in the eyes, but the communication should be easy, not hard.

This is just one example, but don't exclude (but I hope I am wrong) that other portals of information using communication tools just functional.

Principally I see little spaces dedicated to the readers and much (riding the wave of successes like YouTube) to video, often on curiosity and pretty things on the network and not very relevant to the concept of information.

If the interpretation of web 2.0 is this, then that means I did not understand anything of this mass phenomenon. It seems pretty transposition digital print media or TV.

Personally, if I had to be interested in multimedia content of a certain type, I'd look for them on a social network dedicated, certainly not on a news portal where I can find 1 millionth of the same content and instead where I expect to find INFORMATION, what YouTube and its clones can not give.
